Here is just a recap of my life, to get you all up to date!!
In 2011, I began hanging out with an old friend from high school.. ( you could say we were friends in high school... our groups didnt hang out.. but he dated a lot of my friends... he dated a lot of people in general) and one night, while I was working at Rite Aid, Cory walks in... looking all nice in his work uniform.. (uniforms are hott.. no matter what they are).. After that night, he kept coming back.. and kept coming back... So I got his number from a friend..and texted him. From then on out we started hanging out.. THEN April came and I found out I was pregnant.. We had only been hanging out a few months and were definitely surprised by the whole deal. The day after we found out we were expecting, Cory decided he should make it official with me.. I mean after all, he might as well right? I thought so anyway. I told my parents when I was 8 weeks, with the help from my sister. Mom went silent..and my Daddy just said "it'll all be okay".. Cory told his mother first, who was shocked..then thrilled.. After keeping it from Cory's dad up until I was 21 weeks.. needless to say that was a hard secret to keep for a LONG time in a small town, his dad reacted about like my mom did. Blah blah blah.. SO December came around and HAPPY BIRTHDAY to JOHN CARTER JONES! :) He was born December 6, 2011. Go here and/or here to read about that adventure!
Cory and I are still happily together.. we now have a 3 bedroom/2 bath home that we are renting to own in a small town in Kentucky! We have our ups & downs, but we survive through it!! Now I'm just waiting for a ring on my finger.. maybe you all will be able to witness that stepping stone! ;) ♥
